Coil production – copper tubes

Ready to install tubes in specified lengths

EMH produces order related tubes only - according to the customer’s requirements.

Production is based on European and international specifications for tubes in copper and copper alloys and for various ranges of application – e.g. EN 12449, EN 12451, EN 13600 or ASTM B111 / ASME SB111.

Our production programme comprises

• Copper and Brass Tubes
  from 1.00 to 60.00 mm outside diameter and a wall thickness from 0.10 to 6.00 mm.
• Copper-Nickel and Nickel Silver Tubes
  from 1.00 to 40.00 mm outside diameter and a wall thickness from 0.10 to 4.00 mm.
• Dimensions outside this range
  are available on demand!
• Straight tubes in mill-lengths or specified lengths
  from 10 to 15,000 mm.
• Coil and LWC production
  from 5 to 200 kg.
• High volume and low volume production

Our range of alloys includes all alloys shown in the list. Our production capabilities are however not restricted to these alloys. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need a copper alloy which is not listed.
